Working principle and features：

   Under the process of high-speed rotation of the air motor, the centrifugal force generated by the rotor causes the material to be sucked into the working chamber from the upper and lower feeding areas of the emulsification head at the same time from the axial direction. The strong centrifugal force throws the material from the radial direction into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and the rotor, and at the same time is subjected to centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces, so that the material is instantly dispersed and emulsified. Under the high linear speed at the outer end of the rotor, strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, liquid layer friction and impact tearing are formed, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, broken, and ejected through the stator slot at the same time. It has the characteristics of simple use, high line speed, high efficiency, etc.
